Your Support Coordinator, Narelle will spend time getting to know you. She will work together with you to understand your plan, your goals and priorities and how you can best use your NDIS funded supports. Well connected throughout Darwin, Narelle brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to her role as your support coordinator.

• Support you to understand and use the funded supports in your plan
• Link you to services that are a good fit for you
• Assist you to negotiate with providers about what they will offer you and how much it will cost out of your plan
• Ensure service agreements and service bookings are completed
• Support you with building your ability to exercise choice and control, to coordinate supports and access your local community
• Support you to manage your budgets
• Support you to prepare for your next plan review
• Support you with getting the most from your NDIS plan and funded supports
